Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new corporate clients to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and expand business relationships with existing corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to promote rental services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals to secure contracts.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships through continuous engagement and account management.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Supervise the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring effective lead generation and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and contract renewals for corporate accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Support and guide the sales team in achieving individual and collective targets.
- Coordinate with the operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and vehicle delivery.
- Participate in training and performance evaluations of sales staff.
