The Experience Team Lead will support in leading, motivating, coaching and developing a team of high performing Digital Experts. This role is a key part of the store leadership team.
With us you will be responsible to..
- Own Customer Experience, Sales Targets, Driving Employee Satisfaction, increasing brand Loyalty and NPS
- Manage and support the Digital Expert Team's performance and coach them to deliver excellent customer service
- Deliver the desired store KPIs such as NPS, TNPS and Customer Experience.
- Ensure that the team is trained and in adherance with the store standards and are kept to up-to-date with key propositions
- Monitor & Analyse Customer Feedback and report to the management on how to improve customer experience
- Ensure effective collaboration across channels, and with other stores
