In this role you will lead, motivate, coach and develop a high performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to be the destination for Digital Innovation & Technology in Qatar. You will also manage the in-store activities and Events.
With us you will be responsible to..
- Inspire, coach, train, and develop a team of Experience Experts to consistently provide exceptional customer experience and drive for results
- Develop Store Strategy including Customer Experience, Expand Store Footfall, optimize profitability and meet and Exceed Sales Performance Targets
- Maintain a luxury environment, ensuring excellent execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines across the store
- Ensure effective collaboration across channels, and with the other vofadone stores
- Monitor, analyze and report on the KPIs. Identify and develop top talent among Staff and managers
- Build relationship with partnerships with leading enterprises/companies, vendors and other stakeholders to successfully conduct Events in-store
- Have a high level of competence in the support of disciplinary and grievance management as necessary
