Operations Control Resource Allocator
Lead the provision on the operational services at the designated areas such as (but not limited to) check-in counters, boarding gates, transfer desk, offices, Ramp, lost & found, Trolley, Porterage customer care and baggage services, ensuring adherence to international safety and security standards providing services as per the laid down service standards to uphold the airline's exemplary image. Additionally, oversee the Customer Care team, focusing on providing exceptional, timely, and dignified assistance to Passengers with Disabilities (PWDs) while maintaining operational efficiency and fostering a culture of empathy and continuous improvement.
Responsible for ensuring that resource allocation for non-supervisory positions and less complex area of ground handling operations resource allocation and below roles is conducted fairly and in accordance with established operational business rules integrated into the Resource Allocation system. ▪ In the designated resource allocation area, confirm the availability of resources for each shift based on system updates and the roster. Monitor the situation to assess task demands and resource availability. Assign all flight-related tasks in accordance with the system, ensuring compliance with business rules and the operational qualifications of staff as defined in the resource allocation system.
