Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, scanners, and peripherals
Knowledge in Windows, Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, and user management
Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and structured cabling (CAT6 & fiber)
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability and performance
Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, biometric access systems, and attendance devices
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for IT equipment and systems
Provide basic support for Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based resources
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers for issue resolution, installations, and upgrades
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and support logs
Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with company IT policies
Support IT projects, upgrades, system rollouts, and disaster recovery activities
Deliver timely, customer-focused support while meeting defined SLAs
