Leasing & Tenant Management
- Assist in implementing the mall’s leasing strategy in line with business objectives.
- Handle leasing inquiries, conduct site visits, and coordinate negotiations with prospective tenants
- Support the preparation, review, and renewal of lease agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, mall rules, and fit-out guidelines.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market research on retail trends, competitor malls, and rental benchmarks.
- Assist in optimizing tenant mix based on footfall, sales performance, and market demand.
- Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and rental performance summaries for management.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing, deposits, rent collection, and reconciliation.
- Liaise with operations, fit-out, and marketing teams to support tenant openings and promotions.
- Ensure timely handover of leased units and monitor fit-out progress.
- Support the management of vacant units and pop-up / kiosk leasing activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all leasing documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- Monitor expiry dates, renewals, and termination notices.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, mall regulations, and applicable local laws.
