1. Product & Data Management
Maintain and update detailed vehicle specifications.
Develop and manage Grade Walk documentation.
Support vehicle specification inspections in collaboration with the Training Department.
Generate Variant and Colour Codes for newly launched variants.
Create Orders into the system accurately and promptly.
Review shipping documents (CI, PI, PL) and report any discrepancies.
Coordinate with the Shipping Department to monitor in-transit vehicle status and ensure timely deliveries.
2. Reporting & Analysis Support
Prepare and update regular operational reports.
Generate summary presentations and reports for internal reviews and management meetings.
Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all product-related files and approvals.
Support market research and competitor data collection.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Parts teams to collect data and update product-related information.
Maintain organized documentation for vehicle specs, orders, and approvals.
