We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality, Governance & Project Delivery Consultant to join our dynamic team in the financial auditing sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality management systems, particularly ISO standards, and a passion for ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to implement, maintain, and enhance our Integrated Management System (IMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. You will play a crucial role in conducting audits, facilitating training sessions, and driving quality initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Conduct internal audits and process reviews to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into project delivery processes.
- Prepare and present audit reports, including findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees on quality management principles and practices.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits and manage follow-up actions post-audit.
- Monitor and evaluate quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of policies and procedures that align with regulatory and industry standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
- Stay updated on changes in quality management standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Preferred Candidate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven experience in quality management or auditing, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving quality improvements.
- Certification as a Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor is highly desirable.
