Duties & Responsibilities:

 Serve as the primary point of contact for aggregators, ensuring effective communication.

 Provide vehicles for aggregator-generated customers, coordinate regular service, and offer on-call support outside business hours.

 Update service management system and communicate status to users through various channels.

 Coordinate with partner companies' key personnel for legal assistance and address customers' billing/payment issues with the accounts team.

 Assist in evaluating the company's quality, health & safety, environment, and road traffic safety management systems.

 Ensure aggregator payments as agreed terms.

 Perform any relevant additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the immediate superior(s).
