- Interacting with customers and informing them about the services offered through spiels via calls, email and in person with walk-in clients.
- Exhibiting courtesy, empathy, and respect in all customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on company policies and procedures to the clients. Ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and expectations.
- Creating a reliable and trustworthy relationship by being honest and transparent on the company’s policies.
- Daily follow-up calls to clients with the objective to strengthen our retention initiatives.
- Addressing and solving client problems quickly and effectively by coordinating with counsellors or instructors in charge.
- Gather feedback during these interactions, documents for reference and present reports based on this.
- Tailoring interactions to meet the specific needs and preferences of each customer to continuously improving the quality of service to exceed customer expectations.
- Compile and deliver timely reports.
- Propose new streamline processes to provide timely and effective service to clients.
