Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for restaurant operations, assists with menu planning maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading and managing restaurant.
- Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company to increase productivity.
- Keeps Restaurant Manager promptly and fully informed of all issues (i.e., problems, unusual matters of and positive events) and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests courses of action.
- Completes job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with prescribed standards and local state and federal laws in labor costs, and guest relations.
- Develop special, promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials and ensure adherence to local and company standards.
- Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback.
- Manage workload and ensure effective working of restaurant activities and maintain
- Maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations.
- Other duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager.
