Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, including analyzing data and generating reports.
- Manage social media platforms and online presence, including content creation and engagement with followers.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Preferred Candidate:
- Qatari Nationality is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and analytics software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
