Purpose:
Starlink is looking for Qualified & Experienced Systems Management Expert to help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels.

B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination and resolution of mainframe job failures.
- Lead, and manage CRM (Siebel) implementation technical teams on multiple engagements
- Determine requirements and technical specifications, evaluate PC desktop hardware and ISP services, and solicit resource bids
- Develop programs to meet channel needs and match competitive offerings
