A. ROLE & CONTEXT
Purpose:
Starlink is looking for Qualified & Experienced Sales Channel Operations Expert to design, implement and manage all channel programs and channel operations.
Context:
Focusing on all channel sales management and enablement aspects of the day-to-day operations.
B. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities
- Continually evaluate the regional (Commercial) channels, identifies opportunities for change and development, prepares comprehensive plans including short, medium and long term developments, and drives execution of the plans to deliver results
- Responsible for overall market coverage – both quantity and quality of channel
- Develop programs to meet channel needs and match competitive offerings
- Develop operational function to support the indirect route to market
- Spending time with the Front End Agents
- Daily Meeting with Vendor Team Leaders
- Training and Motivating the Agents
- Negotiating and Enforcing the Targets
- Tactical Incentive Programs
- Qualitative Feedback Collection from Front End
- Establish the fundamental / base-line requirements for the channel and ensure that the foundations are in place for future development
- Develop, communicate and execute channel plans, incorporating “quick wins” as well as medium and long terms goals
