Key Responsibilities and background:
- Generate and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding and benchmarks of the (digital) mobility markets, available technologies / product offerings, technology vendors, product innovations and trends
- Translate business vision, product management steering and architecture decisions into functional and technical requirements
- Document requirements into a comprehensive and professional technical documentation for the digital mobility platform
- Contribute to and sometimes lead vendor search, selection, and onboarding
- Discuss requirements and relevant implementation details with implementation partners during the implementation of the digital mobility platform
- Execute complex analyses, generate insights and options in preparation for business decisions
- Organize and conduct interviews with industry experts and users
- Develop and oversee small to medium scale projects
- Define and track platform success metrics, discuss issues with implementation partners, identify improvement potentials and propose practical solutions
- Liaise with other sectors and stakeholders to identify, understand and document dependencies and their related constraints and requirements
