Key Responsibilities and background:
- Run primary and secondary user research and identify jobs to be done
- Organize and facilitate design thinking workshops that combined divergent and convergent thinking to unpack user goals and possible answers to address them
- Develop and maintain personas and customer journeys, keep them up-to-date and derive requirements for digital mobility services
- Liaise with digital platform product management and technical stakeholders to design viable and realistic experiences
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, and screen flows
- Design modern and future-oriented detailed digital user interfaces for integrated mobility services as needed
- Plan, develop and monitor UX prototypes / concepts
- Develop and monitor a sophisticated and sensitive user feedback process to use as an input to user experience designs
- Conduct usability testing of existing and future digital mobility services, propose practical enhancements to user experience
- Assist in generating appealing and user-oriented content
- Conduct digital mobility solution user experience benchmarking
- Collaborate with UI implementation partners to guide them in creating easy-to-use digital mobility experiences
