Purpose of Role:
We are looking for a strategic social media executive to oversee our company's presence on a multitude of public platforms. The social media executive should create gripping content, analyse public feedback, and campaign success, and report on the effects of each key undertaking.
To be successful as a social media executive, you should strike a delicate balance between publishing frequent outputs and maintaining consumers' interest. A top-notch social media executive will be knowledgeable about the best practices for each social media & digital platforms and promotion. (Fb/IG/TikTok/Snapchat/Youtube/eCommerce/+)
Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:
- Oversees all company social media accounts management
- Audits, creating reports that analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs, returns and improvement
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish, and share innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages daily to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content and brand awareness
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation,
- Identify key influencers, and coordinate actions
