The Creative and Brand Strategist's role is to elevate the reputation of the organization in the market both locally and internationally. He/she will also identify a competitive advantage to differentiate the organization's brand in the market through comprehensive creative research and benchmarking against market leaders and alignment with the organization's brand.
The Creative and Brand Strategist’s role is also to develop holistic brand experiences based on extensive research, experience, industry and client knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the organization brand and its corporate identity guidelines to ensure consistency of the brand and its value.
- Development of creative and brand strategy, including situational analysis, benchmarking and research, strategy proposal, and creative brand proposal
- Create guidelines that define the university’s voice both online and offline
- Assess the performance of the organization’s advertising campaigns and advise on best practices.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
- Conduct extensive primary and secondary research
- Ensure a consistent and effective brand message
- Develop brand positioning recommendations
- Writing compelling brand stories
- Briefing and collaborating with the creative team
- Leading ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Work with various project focal points within the organization Communications Directorate.
