The ideal candidate should have adequate knowledge in warehouse activities like receipt of finished goods, FIFO process and dispatch of finished goods to the market.
The candidate will be responsible to drive the operations and lead a team to handle load out planning, timely dispatch of trucks, accounting the market returns, analyzing the quality of market returns etc.,
The candidate will be responsible to maintain adequate stock on hand, track stock close to expiry etc., and keep his Supervisor informed on all these requirements.
He / She should have adequate knowledge in FIFO systems, Good warehouse Management practices and ISO mandates. The candidate will be the process owner to control the operations with minimum losses and maximum outputs. He / She will be owner to drive key KPIs like warehouse shrinkage, forklift turnaround, cases loaded per man-hour, overtime etc.,
The candidate should have sound knowledge in operating systems like ERP-ORACLE and Warehouse Management systems.
