Philipino Male & 1 bi-lingual Male or Female candidate required.
Coordinate Screening and Interviews Help in performing initial screening and assessment of candidates’ (CVs)
Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and communicate the calendar with the concerned interview panel and candidate.
Coordinate and arrange for second interview with end-user departments (as and when required).
Maintain records of activities of accepted and rejected candidates / offers
Prepare and post job advertisements online
Coordination of Offers Issue official offer letters for accepted candidates.
Liaise with candidates from offer roll out till on-boarding including all documentations related to candidates.
Post-Selection Process Liaise with Governmental Relations Section for arrangement of pre-commencement candidate documentations and services (such as employment visas, Tickets … etc.)
Ensure Background verification is completed for new joiners within the defined time limit and as per approved process.
Update & ensure applicants / new joiners records are uploaded on ERP in a timely manner and handover the applicants file to Total Rewards & HR Center for further actions / arrangements.
On-Boarding Ensure that the workstation of the new employees is ready
Ensure that the new employees have access to all required systems / programs
introduce new employees to the key people and departments
