Warehouse Storekeeper - Caravane Earth
Organized and detail-oriented storekeeper who manages all the store operations, playing a key role in the proper care and maintenance of entire stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
· Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
· Verifies that all supplies and goods received are listed on requisitions/orders and the delivery invoices are cross checked and filed in the appropriate folder.
· Maintains par stock, inventory and stock records every month and compiles records of expenditures/consumptions etc.
· Receive, unload, and shelve supplies. Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
· Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
· Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD’s) and approved by FC/GM depending upon the operations requirements.
· Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
· Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
· Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
