<br />Requirements- 3 to 5 years of experience in an advertising industry utilizing digital campaigns with a strong portfolio (with a focus on retail brands, digital activations, and promotional campaigns)
<br />- BA or equivalent in a design/art-focused major
<br />- Creative thinking and ability to generate original and innovative solutions.
<br />- Ability to communicate and sell your vision to your peers.
<br />- Ability to lead and multi-task several projects at once.
<br />- Creativity - seeks out-of-the-box ideas to have impactful campaigns
<br />- Conceptual ability - develops concepts individually and as part of a team
<br />- Artistic ability - uses his/her sense of style to develop layouts that look great and are aesthetically pleasing
<br />- Problem-solving skills - is brand-focused, strong in identifying needs and requirements of the client's objectives
<br />- Visualization skills - is good in design software with a strong sense of proportion and visual awareness
<br />- Attention to detail
