Accountant
1. Prepare and input the accounting entries on the accounting system
2. Prepare the accounting reports and deliver them to the Accounting Head of Unit
3. Apply all procedures for recording, classifying, summarizing, and disclosing of transactions
4. Review and make necessary adjustments to the payroll lists, payment slips, and related taxes
5. Maintain and file accounting records, backups and supporting documents in a secure and appropriate environment
6. Prepare bank reconciliation (Cash and Banks Accountant)
7. Track and maintain a complete list of cash receipts and disbursements and the relevant supporting documents (Cash and Banks Accountant)
8. Track and maintain a complete list and numbering of fixed assets (Fixed Assets Accountant)
9. Calculate and allocate periodic depreciation to fixed assets (Fixed Assets Accountant)
10. Track and maintain a list of vendors, suppliers and third party accounts payables (Accounts Payable Accountant)
11. Track and maintain a list of customers and other accounts receivables (Accounts Receivable Accountant)
12. Prepare aging reports (Accounts Receivable/Payable Accountant)
13. Perform other clerical duties within the Accounting Unit
