We’re looking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team and our brand-new concept restaurant!
An individual who has a passion and knowledge for cooking, who is keen, creative, willing to work hard. Ability to multitask, work independently, and with excellent time management skills.
1. Setting up, stocking, preparing and working multiple stations.
2. Excellent origin and menu knowledge, production recipe, and keep updated on recipe changes.
3. Cooking menu items with consistency in high quality and timely fashion.
4. Completing required mise en place or prep list/tasks in a timely fashion.
5. Operating, maintaining and professionally cleaning kitchen equipment and required tools with health and safety standards.
6. Working efficiently with a constant sense of urgency.
7. Ability to tolerate potential allergens.
8. Ability to take direction from managers/supervisors while being a team player.
9. Maintenance of work area throughout shift and preparation for shift turnover.
10. Exceeding personal hygiene, health & safety guidelines and procedures, safe food handling, and sanitation practices standards.
11. Ensuring proper rotation and stocking of all products.
12. Must be flexible to work various shifts, hours, and holidays/weekend.
13.Know how to make pizza and pasta.
