Lead the design and implementation of the bank’s Credit & Risk Excellence agenda, focused on enhancing credit decisioning, optimizing risk-adjusted returns, and strengthening portfolio governance. The role will drive transformation initiatives across credit policies, risk appetite frameworks, approval authorities, and sector/product risk strategies to support sustainable business growth. The incumbent will lead the assessment and redesign of credit processes, embed RAROC (Risk-Adjusted Return on Capital) principles into decision-making, and establish differentiated approval frameworks across sectors, products, and geographies.
