- Ensure that there are no pending Warranty Jobs are closed within the given time
- Ensure that you familiarise yourself with all Warranty updates and procedures
- Ensure that all the Warranty guidelines are followed whilst closing warranty Job Cards, and Submitting Warranty claims
- Review Job cards to ensure the accuracy is being meet
- Maintain a healthy working relationship with all internal staff and Warranty principals
- Ensure that the best interest of the customers and our principles are maintained
- Ensure that all Warranty Paperwork is maintained to the highest standards
