بصفتك متسوقًا سريًا، ستقوم بـ:
- زيارة موقع معين مثل متجر، مطعم، مقهى، أو مركز خدمة.
- التصرّف كعميل عادي أثناء الزيارة، مع الحفاظ على سريّة هويتك كمتسوق سري.
- مراقبة عناصر محددة مثل خدمة العملاء، سلوك الموظفين، النظافة، الأجواء، مدة الانتظار، دقة الطلب أو الخدمة، وغيرها.
- تقديم تقرير قصير بعد الزيارة يتضمّن أسئلة بسيطة بنعم/لا مع إمكانية إضافة ملاحظات.
- الحصول على مقابل مالي عن كل زيارة مكتملة (عمولة للمتسوق)، مع تعويض عن المشتريات التي تتم خلال الزيارة.

Job Description:
We are currently looking for detail-oriented and reliable Mystery Shoppers to join our team!
As a mystery shopper, you will:
- Be assigned to visit a location such as a shop, restaurant, café, or service center.
- Act as a regular customer during your visit—your identity as a mystery shopper must remain confidential.
- Observe key aspects such as customer service, staff behavior, cleanliness, ambiance, waiting time, accuracy of order or service, etc.
- Submit short reports; they consist of simple yes/no questions with optional comments.
- Be compensated for each completed visit. Purchases made during the visit are often reimbursed, and you’ll receive a shopper commission as well.
