We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Female Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Az Zaayin, Qatar. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that customer service is consistently excellent. You will work closely with the team to create a positive dining experience for our guests. This role requires flexibility with an 8-hour work schedule, and we offer a competitive salary ranging from 3500 to 4000 QAR.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations by coordinating staff activities and managing workflows.
2. Supervise and support restaurant staff to maintain high levels of service and professionalism.
3. Monitor food quality and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance the dining experience.
5. Assist in managing inventory and supply orders to ensure necessary items are available.
6. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and organization.
7. Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and enhance efficiency.
8. Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including customer satisfaction and quality metrics.
9. Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
10. Assist in training new staff members on service standards and operational procedures.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers effectively.
4. Ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in a fast-paced environment.
