Role Overview
The Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer) standards. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, market knowledge, and a history of achieving consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with OEM standards, processes, and KPIs.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead management to customer handover.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, OEM partners, and key stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and repeat business.
