We are seeking a qualified Planning and Cost Control Engineer with proven experience in the fit-out and interior contracting industry in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, monitoring, scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare and update project progress reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Track and monitor costs, budgets, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the project team in forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow planning.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate project data.
• Prepare delay analyses, productivity studies, and recovery plans as needed.
• Ensure all planning and cost control documentation is updated and maintained.
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
