We are seeking a dynamic and driven Fleet Sales Consultant to join our team at a leading automotive dealership in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their fleet needs are met with the highest level of service and expertise. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales, particularly within fleet sales. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions that align with our clients' business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their fleet requirements and provide tailored automotive solutions.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our fleet offerings and value propositions.
  4. Collaborate with the finance department to create competitive leasing and financing options for clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring all terms meet company standards and client expectations.
  6. Provide ongoing support and service to client's post-sale, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting fleet customers.
  9. Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote our fleet services.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.


Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in sales, specifically in fleet sales.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  6. Knowledge of automotive products and services, with a passion for the industry.
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  10. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
