We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team in Al Khawr, Qatar. Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Manage inventory and order supplies, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality while minimizing waste.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment that promotes skill development and teamwork.
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-control measures, ensuring that the kitchen operates within budgetary constraints without compromising quality.

Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Exceptional creativity and a passion for culinary arts, with the ability to create visually appealing dishes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage staff.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
- A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory.
