Job Title: Technical & Estimation Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Technical & Estimation Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have experience in Qatar, a valid NOC, and be UPDA certified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrutinizing and evaluating tender documents, drawings, and schedules.
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Floating enquiries to suppliers/manufacturers and performing comparison studies.
- Negotiating with suppliers on technical and commercial aspects.
- Conducting value engineering based on client budget constraints.
- Quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions.
- Pricing for Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Preparing contract documents and subcontract agreements.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients/subcontractors.
- Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience within Qatar
- Must be available in Qatar with valid NOC.
- UPDA Certification is mandatory.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
