Main Purpose of the Role
To generate sales and expand the customer base by promoting and selling waterproofing services, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role ensures that sales targets are achieved while providing technical and commercial support to clients, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the waterproofing division.
Job Description:
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the division's revenue growth.
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and waterproofing sector
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiations with clients.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and credit
Job Objectives:
• Achieve monthly sales target of monthly given by GM through outdoor sales of waterproofing supply and application services in Qatar.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in the waterproofing sector.
• Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction
