Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately assess repair needs.
Prepare itemized repair estimates using estimating software.
Communicate with insurance adjusters to obtain approvals and clarify repairs.
Coordinate with bodyshop technicians and parts department to ensure timely repairs.
Review vehicle history and customer concerns to ensure comprehensive estimates.
Maintain customer communication throughout the repair process.
Ensure all relevant information is clearly & correctly recorded on the Job Card.
Ensure compliance with OEM repair procedures and dealership standards.
Maintain detailed records of estimates, photos, approvals, and communications.
Assist in scheduling repair appointments and managing repair timelines.
Interpret any pertinent warranties and ensure customers are aware of their rights.
Collaborate with service advisors and other dealership staff to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist the parts department, wherever possible, to promote parts sales for repairs and with reducing dead stock levels.
