The Watch Polishing & Finishing Specialist plays a vital role in the luxury watch industry in Doha, Qatar, where precision and quality are paramount. Responsibilities:
- Perform meticulous polishing and finishing on luxury watches to achieve optimal visual appeal.
- Inspect each watch for defects, ensuring they meet the brand's high-quality standards before delivery.
- Collaborate with watchmakers to understand specific finishing requirements for various models.
- Maintain and operate polishing and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Document all work performed and materials used for effective inventory management.
- Provide constructive feedback on processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Stay informed about the latest polishing techniques and industry trends.
- Train junior staff on polishing and finishing techniques as necessary.
- Assist in the development of new finishing processes for innovative watch designs.

Preferred Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in watch polishing or related fields, preferably in watch and car protection.
- Editing skills in Photoshop to enhance visual presentations of finished products.
- Strong computer knowledge and experience with computer-based tasks.
- Good eyesight for detailed inspection and finishing work.
- Age under 35 years to align with company culture and dynamics.
- High school diploma or above is required.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability in work.
- Basic knowledge about watches and their components.

- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
