Job Title: HVAC Technician
1 Preventive Maintenance: Conduct Corrective maintenance and Planned preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment, including Package AC Units , Split Ac Units, Ducted Split AC Units, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, VRF system and exhaust fans as per planned schedules.
100% adherence to the HVAC maintenance schedule as detailed in the scope.
2. System Diagnosis and Repair: Troubleshoot in Package AC Units, Split AC Units, Ducted Split AC units, chillers, compressors, and associated systems..
3. Duct Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure proper cleaning and sealing of ducts to maintain air quality. Zero client complaints about air quality or duct system failures.
4. Energy Optimization: Monitor HVAC performance to optimize energy consumption and efficiency. Monthly reports showing energy consumption within approved thresholds.
