- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for FM projects (hard and soft services).
- Review project specifications, drawings, and other related documents to determine scope of work and requirements.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary technical and cost-related information.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Analyze cost data and develop pricing strategies in line with market trends and company objectives.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and technical teams to ensure alignment between estimates and execution capabilities.
- Prepare and maintain a database of costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements during the estimation process.
