Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or international equivalent, with 3+ years of experience in general maintenance and repair work across various facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth functioning of all equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

·      General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

·      Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements on equipment, machinery, and systems as required.

·      Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, including the proper handling of tools and hazardous materials.

·      Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.

·      Preventive Maintenance: Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity and reduce the risk of breakdowns.

·      Documentation: Maintain records of completed work, repairs, and maintenance schedules for reporting purposes.

·      Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure equipment and building systems are maintained and functioning efficiently.

Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, addressing any urgent issues to minimize downtime or disruption.
