OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and sales execution of the department to meet the yearly budget. Covering all execution functions: Project Management, Supply Chain, Customer services and procurement. Responsible for improving existing processes mapping and develop new ones to improve execution team efficiency and save costs on existing projects allocations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take part in developing operating and capital budgets
- Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and control expense according to agreed budget
- Support operational risk and audit for the purpose of corrective and preventive maintenance
- Manage, control and support logistics and chain supply and equipment servicing
- Responsible to crease process for increasing equipment uptime
- Driving service contract penetration for existing Installed Base
- Provide forecast and updated status of projects based on the set annual target
- Responsible for delivering Sales on the department yearly budget
- Responsible for managing the inventory and reducing stock to the minimal acceptable level
- Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow relevant assigned quality and regulatory training in a timely manner
- Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide operating support and guidance to staff
- Manage and control project execution plans, tasks, timelines, milestones and deadlines
- Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions
- Liaise with the client on project base decisioning in order to provide quality service output as per management approval
- Ensure to maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities
- Ensure project documentation is quality controlled and to an expected quality standard
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze healthcare operations to initiate and propose creative improvements
- Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns, updates, etc.
- Participate in completion of employee appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities
