Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchases for the café, ensuring timely procurement of quality supplies.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and data entry.
- Track and reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounts.
- Manage and organize supplier contracts, invoices, and payment records.
- Prepare financial reports, expense summaries, and budgets for management review.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial regulations and standards.
- Support in auditing processes and provide required documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in accounting or purchasing roles (preferred).
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in financial software and Excel.
- Must be currently based in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
