- Monitor and report progress on strategic plans and make enhancement as needed.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives.
- Develop plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful implementation of strategies.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
