We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gym Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Gym Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gym facility and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the gym facility, including staff supervision, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Create and maintain a positive and motivating environment for gym members.
- Provide guidance and support to gym staff, including trainers and front desk personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Preferred Candidate:
