Key Accountabilities
- Responsible to upload and download all stamen of claim, all defences submitted against CB, all judgment issued and all the expert report through court website and share the same with the respective Legal Manager and Admin unit.
- Coordinate with Legal Manager to submit all court request through the court website (cancelation request / Travel Ban request / General request etc...)
- Responsible to receive and follow-up on all email notification send by the court concerning legal department and ensure to check the case # through the court website and send it to the respective Legal manager for his action.
- Ensure to provide the paralegal officer with all the invoices paid through the court website on time with accurate data.
