- Follow-up purchase and sale of cars.
- Follow-up accident for Company cars.
- Issuing a permit for Porta cabins.
- Follow-up technical inspection of trucks and equipment.
- Seeking approvals from Municipality concerning company logos of Company vehicles.
- Follow-up retention cars and release it.
- Cancellation of car registration as approved by the insurance company.
- Follow up security, traffic, criminal, driver and employee issues in police stations.
- Follow-up violations of the environment of the company's cars and settlement.
- Issuing permits to sell the Scrap and to Waste disposal.
- Refurbishment of Garbage container contracts.
- keep an update about Traffic department & Ministry of Interior with regard to rules and regulations related to traffic rules
- Issue and renew road permits regularly for company vehicles and trucks
- Track vehicle traffic violations and report accidents to the police to claim from Insurance.
- Update vehicle records Maintain and manage all maintenance contracts and reports
- Process vehicle logo permits
- Maintain productive working relationships with key and operational government offices including: Traffic Department, Police Office, Customs Office, clearing agencies.
- Processing all renewals of driving license & Vehicle registration & licensing
- Any other Government-related applications as and when required.
