We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling luxury watches to our discerning customers. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by providing personalized service and product knowledge.
- Proactively approach customers and engage in sales conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Promote and sell luxury watches to customers, ensuring to showcase the unique features and benefits of each product.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling additional products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store display to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales transactions and paperwork.
