Job Purpose:
The position aims to balance the reward opportunities available to employees in alignment to organization's goals, budgets, and expectations. The role works to provide opportunity and create solutions in the areas of C&B, employee development and recognition, equity and work-life balance.
Accountabilities:
- Perform daily benchmarking and analysis in different areas involving compensation to understand emerging trends for proposal to Total Rewards Manager in the hope to keep aligned with best practices in the market.
- Collaborate with business unit heads in determining anticipated manpower requirements based on systematic needs and budget.
- Propose any relevant adjustment of salary structures and compensation packages as needed in line with the Total Rewards initiatives and policies.
- Assist the Total Reward Manager in managing end-to-end reward function including but not limited to implementation of programs to educate leaders on reward programs, implementation of new reward tools/programs supporting the annual compensation process etc to drive efficient reward operations & reinforce the organization's culture.
- Own the analysis, administration and participation of annual compensation and benefits market data reviews. Prepare, analyze and present appropriate data for overall reward strategies, and revision of programs and plans.
- Monitor, evaluate, implement and administer the benefits programs to ensure programs are in line with the market trends, practices and costs.
- Support job evaluation activities, such as mapping jobs and career levels, establishing salary structures, developing pay ranges aligned with job by ensuring proper documentation of job descriptions in coordination with the HRBPs.
- Set the acceptable scale for salary offers to new joiners as well as potential internal job transferred employees, while also maintaining the proper positioning of the employee within the correct grade and pay for purposes of equity.
- Consolidate standard Total Rewards guidelines to be implemented across the Company and assist in developing better communication channels to keep the employees updated on the policies around C&B, as part of the Total Rewards.
