3. Approve accounting settlements within designated authority limits.
4. Review all financial transfers from headquarters to regional branches and partners for proper execution.
5. Confirm allocated funds for regional branches are used solely for their designated purposes, prohibiting any unrelated expenditures or financial speculation.
6. Verify monthly closures and postings occur on schedule, reporting immediately any encountered difficulties.
7. Develop and maintain systems for monthly report preparation, auditing, approval, and establish continual improvement plans.
8. Monitor cash balances in regional branches continuously, preparing regular reports on their status.
9. Review and approve bank reconciliations, compile observation reports, and work toward resolution.
10. Scrutinize monthly and annual trial balances of regional branches, ensuring accuracy and smooth transfers.
11. Supervise direct and indirect costs, assess related reports, and aid in evolving cost distribution methods in coordination with the direct manager.
12. Track all financial investments within regional branches.
13. Contribute to formulating the annual estimated budget for regional branches.
14. Contribute to establishing controls and procedures to minimize errors and fraud, supporting internal control systems.
15. Ensure adherence to policies, manuals, procedures, and systems governing administrative transactions under supervision.
