Required Knowledge for this role:
- Thorough knowledge of the dealership's business processes, including Finance, Vehicle Sales, and After Sales processes.
- Excellent knowledge of DMS business operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Autoline Drive.
- Good knowledge of report generators such as Rep-Gen and Financial Report Writer.
- Knowledge of databases such as SQL/Oracle.
- Team leadership skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to motivate team members.
Job Purpose:
The DMS administrator is accountable for managing and providing end-to-end support for DMS software applications that meet the requirements of Al Nabooda Automobiles. The DMS administrator should supervise a team of DMS engineers to assist end users in sales, after-sales, finance, CRM, and marketing. The role involves coordinating with the DMS vendor to roll out and enable the system's new features. Continuous user education on built-in business processes in DMS is part of the responsibility. The DMS administrator is accountable for managing all issues related to DMS and associated systems.
