This role is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of varied compensation programs keeping in mind internal equity, external competitiveness and the company’s ability to attract & retain employees

About You:
8 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in core human resources functions & specifically Total rewards
- Prior experience in Global Total Reward Consulting firms preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management or Psychology
